Welcome. In WTC quest for excellence, the Office of quality control was established in January 2005 for the purpose of monitoring how well WTC is fulfilling its mission and realizing its vision. The primary responsibility of the office is ensuring quality assurance in the organization’s academic delivery system, and keeping the Institute’s strategic plan on track and up-to-date, while coordinating ongoing reporting and assessment responsibilities.
