WTC’s FUTURE PLANS

Wisemen University of Eastern Africa is a culmination of hard work and determination to turn vision into reality. The aim of the proposed university is to bridge the gap of the ever-increasing need for Higher Education in Kenya and the Ministry of Education, Science & Technology’s ambition to cater for this need, whilst maintaining academic excellence through the Commission for Higher Education (CHE).

The Sponsors of the proposed Wisemen University Eastern Africa (WU) have gained many years of experience through Wisemen Trainers & Consultants Ltd. in establishing and managing tertiary training institutions offering Diploma Certificates certified by the Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC), the Association of Business Associates (ABE- UK) and the Institute of Commercial Management (ICM-UK).

Through extensive research we realized that many qualified Kenyans and others from the East African region, seek university level training but are denied the opportunity to do so just because there are limited training places in the existing universities in the country leading to a scramble for the few existing university places in the country. The situation has also forced, a few lucky ones, to go out of Kenya to seek undergraduate education at a high cost to Kenya in terms of foreign exchange and more so, has contributed to the current brain drain experienced in the region.
